Based on my work as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I've developed a mini-course for people with social anxiety. This course takes the best techniques that I've found to work on social anxiety and in particular, self-consciousness. The aim is to create an affordable method for self-treatment of social anxiety which affects around 40% of people at some time in their lives. Not everyone can afford or get therapy, but you can begin to self-heal by using these techniques. See below for more info.

When I first put this program together, I wasn't aiming to turn introverts (like me) into raging extroverts! What I wanted to do, was to share a few techniques that had a huge impact on me and my clients, in the hope that they could work for a wider online audience who I will never get to work with 1:1.

There are a lot of techniques that help with social anxiety, and I initially began the process of creating a longer course before I zero-ed in on the idea that it's possible to get big results with a mini-course that uses a few of the very best techniques.

I have come across many people who cannot afford therapy or are stuck on a long waiting list. This course is designed not to replace therapy that you may need, but to give you a chance to make some changes that help you to live your life now instead of letting it pass you by. Think of this as a personal toolkit, each lesson designed to empower you with skills and strategies that anyone can use but very few know about.

 

The method you will learn here isn't available anywhere else on the internet as far as I can see at the time of writing. That's because it is normally taught to clients in therapy sessions which generally cost at least £40 an hour (and often much more than that) and run over several weeks.
